Consumer Law is a transversal field of law that is regulated by a considerable amount of provisions and regulations, of particular importance to both consumers and companies providing services or selling, distributing and/or manufacturing products.

FMC assists individual clients as well as companies of different activities in their relation with consumers and, as such, also possesses the necessary skills for extra-judicial counsel, as well as for legal representation in litigation issues related to Consumer Law.

FMC is also accustomed to represent its clients in disputes pertaining to Advertising issues, including disputes with the regulatory authorities and between individuals.
